The product is overall good, it will do it's job really nicely, however it came pretty dirty as you can see in the picture and it's a bit broken at the front, the silicon part these two are the only faults in the product, other than that, it will do it's job perfectly, it looks hard but it's actually really soft and will clean the scalp perfectly, go for it, a 7/10 because it came dirty and a bit broken, but the job can be done
